Three things for which I’m grateful today:
1. Advocare. Did the 24-Day Challenge in December. During the holidays! Lost 19 pounds. During the holidays! Started a second 24-Day Challenge last Wednesday. Clean eating, more energy, what’s not to like?
2. Marathon training and cross-training.
3. Smaller waist. I had to buy new pants, and I fit into a favorite pair I haven’t worn in almost three years!
